Mind With Heart - strengthening well-being and connection in education communities
We provide practical, evidence-based well-being tools and training for young people, educators and carers. Our approach - grounded in mindfulness, social-emotional learning, empathy and compassion - helps people to feel well, build strong, caring relationships, and supports positive mental health and well-being.
We are a charity working internationally; our trainings:
- improve mental well-being and stress management
- strengthen listening skills, empathy, and relationships
- enhance teaching practices, educator-student relationships and student engagement
The trainings have been independently evaluated by researchers at major universities internationally, and have positively impacted over 3,000 educators and 30,000 students. The Ministry of Education in Luxembourg has purchased our tools, trainings and support for training their education staff.
